Do not Risk Losing Your Winnings/Account! Read This!

In order to provide a fun environment for those who wish to enjoy it, we enforce these rules without hesitation.  If you do not like our rules, then please exit the online bingo games site now.  You are not welcome here if you cannot abide by the rules and there are no second chances.

The following can result in termination of your account, loss of online chat room privileges, and/or forfeiture of any winnings: offensive behavior, language in chat, having/using more than one account per participating website, using multiple windows or other methods to be in more than 1 tournament bingo room at a time, abuse/harassment of website, game, staff or other players, spamming/solicitation in chat (the repetition of the same message or broadcasting of advertisements).

How do I play/win the different types of bingo games?

      Traditional Bingo

Our game rooms playing Traditional Bingo are labeled Traditional T# (Rooms are numbered in place of the # symbol above).

Cover the numbers on your cards that have been called out by the Bingo Caller for that bingo game.

Our Traditional Bingo Games can be won 2 different ways:

Cover 5 Numbers in a row either vertically, horizontally or diagonally on one or more of your bingo cards.

Cover all 4 Corners on one or more of your bingo cards.

Then Click the Bingo Button on the game screen.  If you are the first bingo player to achieve this, then you are the winner.  In case of multiple winners the pot winnings will be split evenly among the multiple winners.

      BlackOut Bingo

Our game rooms playing BlackOut Bingo are labeled BlackOut B# (Rooms are numbered in place of the # symbol above)

Cover the numbers on your cards that have been called out by the Bingo Caller for that bingo game.

BlackOut Bingo Games can be won by:

Covering all the numbers on one or more of your bingo cards.

Then Click the Bingo Button on the game screen.  If you are the first bingo player to achieve this, then you are the winner.  In case of multiple winners the pot winnings will be split evenly among the multiple winners.

 Pattern Bingo

Our game rooms playing Pattern Bingo are labeled Pattern P# (Rooms are numbered in place of the # symbol above)

Cover the numbers on your cards that have been called out by the Bingo Caller for that bingo game.

Pattern Bingo Games can be won by:

Completely covering the black pattern shown on one or more of your bingo cards.

Then Click the Bingo Button on the game screen.  If you are the first bingo player to achieve this, then you are the winner.  In case of multiple winners the pot winnings will be split evenly among the multiple winners.

How does the bingo tournament work?

Each Day (7 days a week) at 12:00 AM EST we we provide 2500 free credits to each member.  For each game of bingo you play, 100 credits will be deducted from this 2500 credits.  Your goal is to win bingo for as many of these bingo games as possible that day.  Each game has a pot that consists of the amount of players who have joined that specific game multiplied by 100 points.  (Note: Not every bingo player in the room during each bingo game will have joined the game, thus the pot may not always match the amount of bingo players shown in a room.)  If you successfully claim bingo for that bingo game, the pot total will be added to your score.  (In the case of multiple winners the pot will be split evenly among the multiple winners for that day.)  Each day's bingo tournament ends when the final bingo game underway at 11:45 PM EST is completed.  (Note: BlackOut and Pattern games take a little longer to complete than a Traditional Game).

How can I win one of the free bingo game cash prizes?

At 11:59:59 PM EST, the bingo players with the highest scores for that day will be awarded the free bingo game cash prizes and the bingo tournament for the new day will begin.  Unused credits and scores from the previous day are not carried forward from one day to another, thus allowing each bingo player the same exact chance to win the bingo game prizes each day.

What is the strategy for winning a free bingo game cash prize?

Play all of your bingo credits for each day you have time and have fun.  Based on our pot size structure you have the same odds of winning a free bingo game cash prize whether you are in a room with a lot of other players or if you are in a room with a few players.  Pots may be smaller in a room with fewer players but you have the chance to win more often and it all averages out.  As for the style of your play, simply choose the style of game play you prefer and have time for.  Playing one bingo game type vs. another does not offer any advantages or any disadvantages, so play what you enjoy the most :-)

How often can I play / win?

You may play as many bingo games each day as your credits allow, and you may participate in as many daily bingo tournaments as you like just by returning each day that you want to play bingo.  There are no limitations on how many times or how much you can win in any aspect.

Can I have more than one account?

These online bingo game tournaments are what we refer to as a network bingo tournament, which means it is available on a variety of different bingo websites.  These websites all share in the expense of running the bingo service as well as share the expenses of the bingo game prizes that are awarded.  This network concept allows you to be able to play bingo games, compete, chat and have fun with a larger amount of bingo players as well as to benefit from the chance to win free bingo game cash prizes on a DAILY basis.  As the network grows over time you will see the cash prize amounts and quantities grow as well.

Bingo players are allowed to have a maximum of 1 tournament bingo account at no more than 2 websites.  Each account they might maintain is a completely separate account and since neither scores or credits may be combined between any two accounts, they are simply "just another player" when they are using a secondary account.  Since usernames are unique for each and every account within the network, if you wish to maintain any additional accounts at different bingo websites, you will have to register separately with that website and select a different username (or an available variation of your favorite username).  You will be unable to access your account registered with a particular bingo website from any other location except for the website at which you created that specific account.

I won - How do I get paid?

Bingo prize payments are automatically made in US Funds via check.  All prize checks are mailed via the United State Postal Service within 4-6 weeks proceeding the win.  Winners who have a PayPal account may contact us within 48 hours of each win to request that the winnings be submitted via PayPal.  Winnings submitted via PayPal will be issued within 1-2 weeks.  Contact payment support at support@games4traffic.com with any payment questions or to request PayPal payment.

IMPORTANT: Double check your personal information, mailing address, etc. on your account within 48 hours of each win!  If requesting a PayPal payment, ensure that your account is updated with the same email address that you use for your PayPal account.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected payments due to incorrect information in your account.

How To Chat / Chat Features / Chat Problems

      Where is the chat room?

Each bingo game room contains its own chat room located on the right hand side of the bingo game screen for the players within that room to chat among themselves.  Once you enter the bingo game, you should see messages moving up on the right hand side of the screen.

How do I type in a message in the chat room?

To chat, just type in a message in the bottom command line and then hit the "enter" or "return" button on your keyboard.  (The command line is the long empty line at the bottom of the chat room screen with the stop light to the right of it.)

How do I look to see what room my friend is in?

This feature will allow you to see if the member you are looking for is in a different room.  It will tell you what room they were last spotted in, but it doesn't necessarily mean they are still there playing.  For example, type: {FIND} JohnBoy1 the word FIND must be capitalized and encased in the { } symbols, not the ( ) symbols.  And, of course, put the username of the member you are looking for in place of JohnBoy1.

How do I Ignore a Player in the Chat Room?

Our chat engine comes with an Ignore Feature where you can block certain user's chat.  To do this, just type IGNORE Johnboy1 into chat and you will not see anymore of their chat.  The word IGNORE must be in capital letters and you must of course type the exact username of the bingo player you wish to ignore in place of JohnBoy1.  You will see receive an acknowledgement of this in your chat window - this will only be seen in your chat window, no other players will see this nor will they see that you have ignored someone.  After you ignore a player, if you decide you want to start seeing this player's chat again, use UNIGNORE Johnboy1 instead.

How do I chat privately with one of my Friends?

We do allow you to to send private messages to one of your friends and it is similar to AOL or ICQ instant messaging. You simply put the username of the person you want to direct your comments to in asterisks. For example typing: *JohnBoy1* How are you? Will send the message: How are you? to JohnBoy1 in private, and only yourself and JohnBoy1 will see the message in the chat window.

How do I Scroll through or Pause the Chat Window?

Click on the little stop light next to the chat-entry bar.  This will cause a scrollbar to appear.  When the stoplight is red, the chat window is paused and you can scroll back and read previous lines of chat.  Remember to click the stoplight again to un-pause your chat.  If you forget, chat will automatically un-pause itself once the buffer is full.

Why can't anyone see me when I am chatting?

It can be one of several problems: either you have had your chat privileges removed by one of our chat moderators, your chat was filtered due to the content, or you could have a username that includes a word that will not pass through our chat filters.

Someone in Chat is being Rude and Offensive!

We have a zero tolerance policy for players typing in profanity or harassing players in the chat room.  If you see this, please email us at support@games4traffic.com and report the username of the bingo player and the approximate time frame.  Our staff will look into the matter immediately and rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Someone is Soliciting/Spamming in Chat!

We have a zero tolerance policy for players soliciting or spamming in the chat room.  If you see this, please email us at support@games4traffic.com and report the username of the player and the approximate time frame.  Our staff will look into the matter immediately and rectify the matter as soon as possible.

I am having a Technical Problem.

All I get is a Black Window when I try to Play.

This typically indicates that your java program on your computer has become corrupted, and you will find you cannot play any java games at any website.  Our recommendations, listed below, seem to have about a 90% success rate with others who have experienced this problem.

Recommendation #1: Upgrade/Re-Install the Java Plug-in directly from Sun.
CLICK HERE to go their download site.

Recommendation #2: Upgrade/Re-Install your Microsoft Virtual Machine version.  To upgrade, just
CLICK HERE.  You will be sent to the Microsoft VM update site where you can download the "Microsoft Virtual Machine."

Room will not load all the way

In most cases, a simple reboot of your computer will rectify this matter as you most likely need to free up some of your computer's memory in order to play.

I keep losing my connection to the game.

The internet superhighway is just like the roads and highways around your city.  Traffic jams take place, sometimes momentarily and sometimes longer.  We are unable to control your connectivity to our servers.  The game constantly communicates back and forth with your computer.  If this connection is broken due to a traffic jam somewhere between us, this is beyond our control.  This is a reality regardless of what type of connection you have to the internet.  Sometimes reconnecting to the internet will resolve this, and sometimes it is best to just wait awhile and come back a little later.

How do I make changes to my account?

How do I update my Personal Information?

For a variety of reasons, we do not allow members to change their username.  Mainly, because players tend to behave more appropriately in chat if they do not have the ability to change it.  However, if there is a fairly good reason for the need to change it, our staff does have the ability to change it for you.  Our staff can be contacted via the support contact form.

My question is not answered in the above topics.

If you have a question, please ask in chat as most bingo players are very willing to assist other players.  If you need to report a problem that is not listed in our detailed FAQ, please be precise and very specific or we will be unable to assist you properly and in a timely manner.

Before submitting a Support Request PLEASE keep in mind:

1) These are free bingo games, please enjoy them for what they are.

2) Technical and computer glitches occasionally happen and are typically beyond anyone's control.

3) Whereas we have strived to be compatible with as many PCs as possible, it is realistically impossible for any website/game to be 100% compatible with every PC due to the wide range PCs and their specs, browsers/versions etc. on the market.

If you need to reach our staff they may be contacted via email at support@games4traffic.com.

We hope you enjoy our online bingo games!
